Giveaway Terms and Conditions
The Promoter is Penrith Blue Mountains Ladies in Business. Entry is open to NSW residents only. Employees and their immediate families and any organisation or individual associated with the Promoter are ineligible to enter. The Promotion commences on Thursday 31st March 2022 and closes on Sunday 10th April, 2022. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
The Promotion will be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
There is 1 prize to be allocated to an individual prize winner. The prize consists of a gift voucher for Emu Sports Club valued at $50. Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The person who makes the comment has entered the giveaway.
Entrants are required to Like the Facebook page and answer the question Nominate a “business buddy” (self-nominations are accepted too) and share with us in 25 words or less their business and what you love about it. Entry is by means of Facebook.
This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. All entries must be an independent creation by the entrant and free of any claims that they infringe any third party rights. Entries must not have been published previously and/or have been used to win prizes in any other
competitions.
The Facebook Post and this Note form part of the conditions of entry. By entering the competition, entrants agree to the conditions of entry.
Each entry will be individually judged, based upon individual creative merit, and the winners selected by the most reactions left on the entry. The winner’s announcement will take place at Monday 11th April, 2022 and the winner notified on Facebook via our Facebook page – https://www.facebook.com/penrithbluemountainsladiesinbusiness
Entrants agree that the Promoter may use the personal information they provide for promotional purposes in line with the Privacy Policy at www.penrithbluemountainsladiesinbusiness.com.au
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits or loss of earnings) or personal injury suffered or sustained arising from or in connection with the Promotion, any omission to enter a person into the draw, acceptance of the prize or the prize itself, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.
